Each completed AI scan of your chart against your strategy uses one analysis. A Deep analysis scan (Pro Max) uses two. Scans that fail or time out aren't charged.
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Partial periods aren't refunded. Switching plans changes your existing subscription, prorated.
